Zackary (Zack) Jarvis passed away unexpectedly on January 12th, 2026 at the age of 25.
Zack was born in Watertown, NY to Christopher and Tamara Jarvis. He was a loving brother to his sister, Mikayla, and brother, Alexander.
He was preceded in death by his aunt Tanya Albers (Long) and paternal grandfather Floyd Jarvis.
Zack is survived by his parents, both siblings, maternal grandparents Rod (Dorothy) Long, Laurae Long, paternal grandmother DeAnna Thomas, paternal great-grandmother Karine Poutré, three uncles Justin (Heidi) Keeler, Nick (Tatyana) Jarvis, Craig Malmoe, an aunt Jessica (Duane) Long, and many cousins.
Zackary achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant and served in the Air Force for six years as an Avionics Systems Maintainer for the F-15. He was stationed at Mountain Home AFB, ID. He recently honorably separated from military service and moved to Florida to attend college.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, January 27th, at 10am at True Grace Church in Lacey, WA and on Friday, January 30th, at 11am at New Hope Bible Church in Spokane Valley, WA.
His walk with God was evident in his relationships with family and friends, and interactions with anyone he encountered. He will be remembered for his compassion and generosity to many people in his life. His playful smiles, goofy pictures, and competitive nature always created memorable moments. He enjoyed playing soccer, playing games with his family, snow boarding, and going on adventures.
