Thorlive "Art" Arthur Halvorson

HALVORSON, Thorlive A. “Art” (Age 97) – Art was born on January 16, 1921 in Aneta, ND; entered into rest on Veterans Day, November 11, 2018. He is survived by daughter, Diane (Bob) Borgwardt; sons, Ken (Kathy) Fey and Dick (Cindy) Fey; son-in-law, Wendell Morrow; 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Frieda and daughter, Lois both in 2009. Art was a proud veteran of WWII where he was top turret gunner in a B26 and flew 37 missions. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5-6:30 p.m. at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA. Interment will be on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Memorial Terrace Cemetery, Spokane, WA, followed by a Memorial Service at 3:30 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 8304 E.
