Roy Carl Butts

It is with deep grief that we announce that Roy Carl Butts, 84 of Spokane WA passed away January 1, 2019 while surrounded by his loved ones. Roy is survived by his wife of 47 years, two daughters, and three grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Roy was an Eastern Washington University Alumni, LTC US Army Reserves- Retired, and a dedicated retired employee of the Spokane Water Department. Services will be held January 19, 2019 at Riplinger Funeral Home, 4305 N. Division, Spokane, WA at 12:30pm. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in memory of LTC Roy C. Butts to the Wounded Warrior Project.
