Roxana Rae Borchers

Borchers, Roxana Rae (age 81) Entered into rest on May 1, 2018 in her home town of Spokane, Wa. Born in Spokane on August 27, 1936.  Roxy graduating from John R. Rogers High School in 1954. She then graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Education from EWU. She was a 1st grade teacher for Spokane School District 81 and Mead School District.  Roxy loved spending all of her free time with her family. She lived her life for her kids and grandchildren by always being present for their special life events.  She also enjoyed watching sports, playing games, coloring and crossword.  Roxy is with her beloved husband now; Robert Borchers. Roxy is survived by daughter, Valerie Gabriel (Robert of Spokane, son Dan Borchers (Domi) of Palm Springs, CA; daughter, Ronda Karn (Roby) of Bellingham, Wa; Grandchildren, Branden Moreau (Brittany) Ashlyn & Taylor Karn; great-grandchildren Kaeden & Teegan Moreau. A big thank you to Horizon Hospice; Christina, Donna, Stephanie, Jodi for taking such good care of our mother. Roxy life will be celebrated at a private family gathering.
