Richard "DICK" M Jesseph

June 20, 1946 — December 16, 2021

Richard "Dick" Merton Jesseph passed peacefully with his immediate family by his side on December 16, 2021. Born June 20th, 1946 in Spokane to parents Lewis and Luella Jesseph. Graduating Upper Columbia Academy in 1964 and attended Spokane Community College Trade Center. He married his childhood sweetheart, Patricia Housley February 1965. Dick and Pat are blessed with children, John Richard, Annette Patricia, and Connie Eileen. Dick worked for Kenny Campbells Automotive, Union Pacific Railroad, then a 40-year manufacturing engineer career at Wagstaff Engineering, retiring in 2011. Following retirement he enjoyed family time, helping others and driving for Orchard Crest Retirement Community. His hobbies included time at Deer Park drag strip, racing his fuel altered Model A, mechanics, boating, aeronautics achieving his pilot's license, and his motorcycles. Dick valued his faith in Jesus Christ and held great value in the truth found in God's word. For his entire life, he was a member of Spokane Central Seventh Day Adventist Church, also serving a role as elder for many years. Dick is survived by wife Patricia, sister Carolyn Witter (Butch), son John Jesseph (Jeannie), daughters Patti Rubedew and Connie Arnold (Aaron); grandchildren Jessica Anderson (Eric), Wylie O’Donnell (Corri), Jaymes Jesseph (Makenzie), Lewis O’Donnell, Ira O’Donnell; great-grandchildren Katelyn, Elizabeth, Joseph, Raigen, Natalie, Brayden, Braxston). Services will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, December 26 at Spokane Central SDA Church 828 W Spofford Ave
