Patricia Ann Trudeau

  Patricia Ann Trudeau is now at peace as a heavenly angel- She was Born in Mandan, North Dakota on August 7th 1938 and gained her angel wings on January 21st 2019 at the age of 80. Outliving her husband Bernard Trudeau of 60 years marriage by 7 days. Surely she is now reunited with all of her past loved one's that she missed so much and returned to good health in the land of golden sunshine. Patricia enjoyed her younger life in southern California where she graduated high school, met the love of her life and married Bernard and had 4 children. In 1972 the family moved to Spokane, Washington and shortly after lived her life in the Chattaroy & Colbert Washington area where Bernard built several houses in which they lived in. The last home, they lived in for 20 years. Bernard had his own construction and flooring business and Pat worked in customer service at K-Mart. She enjoyed bowling, movies, concerts, playing bingo, live plays and so much more! She was a member of the Sweet Adeline group here for many years also. She loved company, hugs and puzzles! She eventually had to leave her work days behind due to her Ataxia. She and her youngest son Scotty who also had Ataxia were well cared for by Bernard at their home. After Scotty & Bernard passed away, Pat moved into Colonial Court Assisted Living in Spokane Valley due to the care she needed. It was a devastating time in her life for her but needed at that time. She loved visitors and the activities at her new place. Shortly after getting settled in she then lost her sister Linda Anderson. The loss of all 3 people in her lives so close together saddened her heart so very much. From then on she slowly began fading away from all the joys in life and her health declined very quickly. Patricia (And Bernard) had so many dear wonderful friends and relatives that brought many happy and wonderful moments & memories into their lives. Patricia is survived by her sister Sharon Andrist, Sons Daniel Trudeau (Pum) & Edward Trudeau. Daughter Carri Gadd (Michael). Eight grandkids; Sarah, Kim, Robert, Patricia, Brad, Travis, Tyler & Tracie. Ten Great Grandkids; Zion, Serenity, Isaac, Riley, Hunter, Hannah, Hailey, Dalton, Dawson & Deegan. And many Aunts, Uncles & cousins. Preceded by; Husband Bernard Trudeau, Son Scotty Trudeau, Parents Bernard and Vivian Helbling, Sister Linda Anderson, Brother Gary Helbling & many other aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside gathering will be held at the Chattaroy Cemetery in Chattaroy, Washington on May 4th, 2019. Other details will be provided at a later date. Thank you to all the wonderful Staff at Colonial Court for your assistance & support and also to the Hospice of Spokane team and to the wonderful Miss Carolyn who cared for Patricia while in her home.
