Oliver Bastien, III

Oliver Donald John Bastien III, 47, of Spokane, Washington, tragically passed away on Dec. 10th, 2022 in Kennewick, Washington. Oliver was born on November 29th, 1975.

He is survived by his lovely wife Michelle, his two sons Josh and Oliver IV, his parents Oliver Jr. and Sheila Bastien (Everett, Washington) and Judy Gohranson (Portland, Oregon).

He is preceded in death by his sister Roby Bastien, grandparents Harry and Roby Cassayre, Oliver Donald John Bastien, Sr. and Glade Larson. Uncles Stan Bastien and John Cassayre, and his aunt Sandra Cassayre.

Oliver has the following brothers and sisters: Leon (Barbara), Jake (Candice), Joey (Jennifer), Paul (Dani), Lola (Tony), Allison (Travers) and Myrna (CJ). His nieces and nephews are Payton, Cruz, Stephie-Rose, Damien, Angelina (Raelynn and Rylee), Shawn-Alysse, Paul, Ethan, Addison, Lucas, Calvin, Thomas, Scarlett and Charlotte.

Oliver was the Business Owner of Bastien Trucking LLC. His passions were family, friends, his business, the open road, and, of course, the 49ers. He loved to talk to strangers, make new friends wherever he went, and always put a smile on everyone's face. He impacted so many people in his life and was always there when someone needed him. He will be greatly missed.

There will be a public viewing from 11am to 4pm on Sunday, Dec. 18 at Riplinger Funeral Home, 4305 N Division St., Spokane, WA, 99207. 

Oliver will be laid to rest on a future date in Everett, Washington and a celebration of his life will be planned for a future time.
