Melvin William Jones

Melvin William Jones (Bill) joined our heavenly father on December 18, 2020 at the age of 79. Bill was born in Sedro-Woolley, WA on May 23, 1941. He graduated from Okanogan High in 1959 and enlisted in the United States Air Force upon graduation. On June 2, 1962 he married Janet Eckleberry in Lind, WA. After a short stint in S. California, they settled in Spokane in 1966. Bill was a Master Jeweler and owned and operated his own jewelry business for over 40 years. He created family heirlooms for countless families in and around the greater Spokane area. Bill was a husband, father and friend, and loved by many. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Janet, 3 sons, 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and a brother-in law. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church, 4102 Crestline St. Spokane, WA. 99203, building and grounds fund or Hospice of Spokane
