Mary Russell

Mary I (Welch) Russell, 99, was born to Orrin J. and Esther A (Pitts) Welch on March 23, 1925 in Saskatchewan, Canada. She passed on June 18, 2024 in Spokane, Washington. 

Mary was raised in Priest River, Idaho and married Darrell L Russell on August 9, 1947 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Mary & Russell were married 58 years before Russell's passing. They had two daughters: Paula Lee Russell and Pamela Williams. 

Mary is survived by her daughter Pam Williams, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her daughter Paula Russell.

Mary was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 10am-12pm, and Funeral Service at 1pm ~ both on Tues. June 25th at Riplinger Funeral Home in Spokane, WA. Following the funeral, Mary will be laid to rest at Greenwood Memorial Terrace at 2:30pm.
