James "Jim" D Noe was born on Oct 23, 1946 in Dayton, Washington to Charles and Arloa Noe. 

Jim passed away on Oct 8, 2024 in Spokane, Washington. 

Jim served in the Army during the Vietnam War as an artillery gunman in the front-line infantry protecting Saigon. He was also a proud member of the El Katif Shriners Arab Patrol and worked as a US Postal Service Mail Carrier for many years.

He is survived by his daughter, Kristin (Tony) Dombrowik, sisters Sharlene (Norm) Beck & Kathy (Larry) Hagseth, grandchildren, Zachary & Sydney Dombrowik; and nieces, Amanda & Shelby Krieg, and nephew, Joshua Krieg.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Arloa Noe; sister, Michelle Krieg, brother-in-law, Harvey Krieg; niece, Jennifer Adams; and the love of his life, Barbara Noe.
