Patricia Ann Hearn

HEARN, Patricia Ann (nee, Alverson), (age 91) – Entered into rest on November 7, 2017 in Spokane, WA, where she had been a 60 year resident. Born on January 11, 1926 in Eureka, MT to Manley and Jennie (Dais) Alverson, Patricia attended local schools and graduated from Lincoln County High School in 1943. She then attended Clarendon Junior College, marrying Texas Navy man, Charles Claude Hearn in 1945. They made their home in Spokane, operating Hearn Bros. Printing and raising their three sons, Dale, Mark, and John. Patricia retired as the Clerical Supervisor for Farmers Insurance Group Claims. She was a proud member of the Daughters of the Nile, Ladies Oriental Shrine, the El Katif Band Aids, and an avid cross stitcher loving her activities with the “Stitchers”. She is survived by her sons and their families: Dale and Paula Hearn; Mark and Connie Hearn; John Hearn and Kris Sanborn. Grandchildren: Celeste and Edward “Ted” Koon and great-grandchildren, Roy and Colette; Steven Hearn and Katie Dale and great-grandchildren, Gram and Sidney; Jeff and Kim Ross and great-grandchildren, Taffney and Zeke; Sara and Caleb Jahay and great-grandchild, Aliyah; Rachel; Luke; Sari and Alex Costanzo; Josiah; Seth; and Owen. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, Claude; brother, Manley “Huck” Alverson; and sisters, Percilla Ann Alverson and Dorothy Mae Alverson. A memorial service honoring her life will be held on Saturday, November 18th, 2017 2:00 PM at Riverview Terrace Chapel 1801 E Upriver Dr., Spokane, WA with Pastor Gary Moore presiding. Memorials in her name may be made to the Shriners Hospital Spokane, PO Box 2472, Spokane, WA 99210.
