STALLMAN, Richard V. – Passed away on May 11, 2017 of natural causes. He is survived by nine brothers and sisters, Sharon Culton, Jerome Stallman, Carol Gross, Beverly Schmidt, Marvin Olson, Earle Olson, Michael Olson, John Olson and Gary Stallman; one daughter, April McNeil; and three step daughters, Joyful Fletcher, Loretta Shaw and Judy Schmitz. A memorial service will be held at the Vietnam Memorial Statue in Riverfront Park on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
