Evelyn Onstad

ONSTAD, Evelyn (age 82) – Entered into rest on November 10, 2016 in Spokane. She was born in Uncascille, Connecticut, to Pete and Esther Zideck. She married her sweetheart, James Onstad, 54 years ago. Evelyn worked many years as Payroll Supervisor for Buchanan Chevrolet and supported her husband, Jim’s, work with El Katif Shriners. She had a passion for golf. As the Olympics were just in Rio, Evelyn and Jim enjoyed watching them so much together, as they remembered their own trip to Rio years prior. Jim will always love the “prettiest eyed gal in the whole wide world”. Evelyn is survived by her beloved husband, Jim; her first cousin, Shirley (Jerry) Russo; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of services, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children- Spokane Unit.
