Alexander Olaf Lund

LUND, Alexander O. (Age 91) – March 30, 1925 – August 17, 2016. Alexander O. Lund followed his wife, Esther G. Lund eternal to Heaven to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Alex was 91 years old, leaving behind Ken, Fred and Marty. Alex had 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. He loved to sail, be comical, had great advice, and his kindness was matched by his total balance of life. Besides family, the angels at Manor Care made his life worth living. Alex worked at Northwest Airlines for 42 years accumulating many friends here and abroad. His favorite saying was, Red Tail, always on time. A memorial service will be at Messiah Lutheran Church, him being a charter member. The service will be announced in September.
