PATRICK, John R. (Age 68) – Passed away suddenly on July 5, 2016. John is survived by his wife of 48 years, Elizabeth; children, Daniel (Lori), Scott, Tim, Aimee (Dan), Kelly (Barbara), Kevin and Melissa; ex daughter-in-law, Dina Patrick; five grandchildren, Deanna, Mason, Ryan, Madison and Justin; two great grandchildren; and sister, Linda Saylor. A private memorial will be held on Saturday, July 30th at his favorite camping place, Locust Grove.
