Kathryn "Kathy" A Sisson

Kathryn A. Sisson "Kathy"(Age 75) Kathy was born in Spokane on March 5, 1939 and she passed away peacefully on August 16, 2014 in the Spokane Valley. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother. Some of Kathy’s favorite hobbies were sewing, quilting, crocheting, and baking. Many of us have received Kathy’s wonderful handmade gifts over the years. We don’t think there is anything Kathy couldn’t bake.   Her pies were always absolutely perfect. Kathy is survived by her husband, Howell “Corkey” Sisson; two daughters, Darice Hankins (Richard) of Spokane and Lauri Swanbeck (Scott) of Nampa, ID; four grandchildren, Kyle Swanbeck Nampa, ID, Richae Swanbeck Denver, CO, Charissa Legaard (Benjamin) and Emily Hankins both of Spokane; one great granddaughter, Amelia Legaard Spokane; four brothers, Albert Kelling (Marie) AZ, Ronald Kelling (Angela), Charlie Kelling (Helen), and Kenneth Kelling (Ree) all of Spokane; one sister, Marge Dewey (James) AZ; numerous nieces and nephews. Our immense gratitude and thanks to these very special people; Dr. Daniel Coulston, his case manager, Sue, and his entire staff, also Sue Allen and everyone at Allen Adult Family Home and Gentiva Hospice.
