Mary "Evelyn" Luster

Luster, Mary “Evelyn” Mary “Evelyn” (Dietrich) Luster (age 89) died of natural causes on May 19, 2014 in Spokane, WA. Evelyn is survived by her sister, Marjorie Elaine Bryan of Great Falls, MT; along with several nieces and nephews. She was born November 4, 1924 to Fred and Charity Dietrich of Mondovi, WA. Evelyn graduated from Davenport High School in 1943 and moved to Spokane where she worked at the Crane Co. She married Harold Luster in 1951, and worked at North Hill Drug Store for the next 40 years. Evelyn was active in the ladies auxiliary of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed all the activities, especially Bingo. She also loved gardening and embroidery. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; step-son, Will Luster; and her brother, Wendell Dietrich. Visitation will be Thursday, May 22 from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM at Riplinger's. Interment will be at 9:00AM on Friday, May 23, 2014 at Greenwood Memorial Terrace followed by a Memorial Service to celebrate her life, beginning at 11:00AM at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME 4305 N DIVISION SPOKANE, WA.
